Kristy Chalfin

I'm so glad you're here!  If you and I were having a cup of coffee together I would undoubtedly be telling you about my family.  So let's start there.  I've been married to my husband, Todd, for 18 years and we have two beautiful children.  I'd love to introduce you to them on my "About" page.  My life is probably a lot like yours.  Full of ups and downs and highs and lows - and everything in between.

Over the last 21 years I've had the privilege of teaching Spiritual Formation & Christian Spirituality to men and women from all over the world through my work at Regent University, School of Divinity.  I'm convinced I have the best job in the world!  This blog was really birthed out of more than a decade of notes, stories, illustrations, and all the random things that rattle around in my head.

I love people.  You fascinate me.  I love hearing your story and how you came to be who you are.  There's nothing I enjoy more than a cup of coffee and a good conversation with an old or new friend.  This blog is my cup of coffee with you, and I look forward to our times together.
